FAQs

Downloading your very awesome products is super simple. Notice that you have an “Account” button at the top of any page. Click this and you will have a plethora of great things at your fingertips. Click on MY ACCOUNT and you will be in business. I certainly don’t need to be your mother so I will just remind you a couple million times, ok that does sound like a mother, but any who, PLEASE save the zip file before installing.  It helps to put this somewhere other than your computer in case of a freak failure.  It’s been known to happen to this gal here!

Yes! However, we currently do not ship to all countries, but will very shortly. Please contact us before placing an order.

Yes – you need an account to place an order, but you don’t have to do it before you start shopping. You can create it during the checkout process. With an account, you’ll be able to review current and past orders, save billing & shipping addresses, and store contact information. Which means you can log in for quick & easy checkouts in the future!

Due to the fact that these are digital items no refunds are given.

Unfortunately EU had some VAT changes this new year and it put a little hiccup on our sales there. Our accountants are honestly hard at work to get this working for us.

It is very important to have a good understanding of how to use our products before buying them.  We have some great freebies to test and also amazing tutorials.  Please go to the top of this page and under the navigation bar find our video’s and more.

Payments & Shipping

An email will be sent to you when your product has been shipped. If you do not receive this information it may have gone to your junk mail. Please double check this.

Digital purchases (actions, presets, templates, overlays & some business tools) are INSTANT downloads.  You can go into your account and get your files immediately.

For planners & other tangible items:  (Pretty) please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order after it is received. Then, your new best business tool will be shipped from Howell, Michigan and it will be in your mailbox (yay!) in 1-3 business days in the US and 10-14 business days internationally (though some countries may take longer).

For ALL international shipments:  Once your package leaves our facility there is NO way for us to trace or insure it.  Your country may request additional taxes & duties that you are responsible for.

You will receive a USPS tracking link to find out the ship status.  It is up to the buyer to ensure they are able to receive their package.

Products may not be returned or exchanged.  We take quality very seriously at Colorvale and each product that leaves our store has been looked over a dozen times to make sure it is crisp & beautiful.  Once a book leaves our store and finds its way to someone else, we can’t guarantee that it’ll stay in perfect, top-notch condition. We want each customer to receive a shiny and new product that has never been to someone else’s home or office or worse. We hope you understand our no exchanges or returns policy and the reasoning behind it.
